FUNDRAISERS

AFN hosts a variety of fundraising events throughout the year which directly benefit AFN. The proceeds are used to offset costs and allow us to sponsor a variety of AFN events including the Halloween party, Acton Day, Pizza Party, etc.

All fundraisers are open to both members AND non-members. Any questions, please contact the AFN fundraiser coordinator.

Fundraising Activities & Upcoming Events

Kid's Stuff Tag Sale
AFN's annual Kid's Stuff Tag Sale, which is open to the public, includes the sale of gently-used infant and children's clothing (ages birth-12 years), toys, baby equipment/furniture, and maternity clothing. Proceeds from the AFN donations table are distributed among local charities while the table fees and the remaining portion of the AFN table sales are contributed to AFN. Family Fun Day
AFN's annual Family Fun Day, which is open to the public, is held each July at the Great Hill Conservation Area behind the South Acton Fire Station. It includes various games and activities such as a Moon Bounce, a Pitchburst, Caricature Drawings, Spin Art, a Drum Circle, Cotton Candy, Face Painting, lots of great Raffle prizes, a Bake Sale, Domino's Pizza, and the ever-popular Pocket Lady (each child receives a ticket for 2 free "pockets"). Additional events include the ARTZZONE Craft Caravan, Animal Adventures, and the grand finale of washing the Town Fire Truck. For more information, contact the Family Fun Day coordinator.
